All orders with in-stock merchandise are processed within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Custom orders are processed in the length agreed upon in your individual contract with deliverables outlined. Please refer to your contract for specific details.
Back orders are processed as soon as merchandise is received and ready at Lilian Grace Designs, LLC Headquarters. We will ship those within 3-4 business days of us receiving the merchandise. You will receive email updates to your order as well as another email when your order has shipped.
Once your order has left Lilian Grace Designs, LLC and is in the hands of the carrier, shipping delays are beyond our control. Please refer to your tracking information to follow your package. Lilian Grace Designs, LLC is not responsible for any lost and/or damaged packages as a result of carrier mishandling. We refer you to file a claim directly with the shipper should you have any issues. Potential delays due to high volume of shipping or any postal service problems are out of our control.
